All examinee are suppose to bring this Admit Card together with original Passport to attend ÖSD Examination. We advice all to prepare with necessary material for Examination. Examinees filling this form confirms he/she is appearing in the exam on exam date. After filling this document Examinees are bound to Appear in the Exam and charges are non-refundable.
